Hookah Permit Cancellations

While the included and highlighted addition to Norma 064 has not yet been published, since it is going to be published in the Diario Oficial jointly by Semarnat and Conapesca, it is still being enforced nationwide as you can see by the also included hookah cancellation and case number from June of 2009.
