Conapesca arrests illegal "pistolero de la noche" in Bahia Los Sueños

OCs battle to stop these extremely destructive illegal fishing techniques was helped by the federal authorities arrest of the “Lluvia Esmeralda” a panga from La Paz that in one night of illegal fishing killed over 440 lbs of small reef fish, 30 lobsters and 15 sea cucumbers.
