Thanks to a lucky combination of wind and weather this dead sperm whale which would normally sink in the deep ocean upon death was deposited on shore. Scientist investigating it's death found that it had pieces of net in it's stomach that had finally broken though the stomach wall and caused the whale to slower bleed to death
